Where We Work

Based in  Jammu & Kashmir, we serve rural, disaster-affected, and marginalized communities with compassion and commitment.

Our Core Programs

  • Child Rights & Protection
“We are committed to ensuring child rights by protecting children from abuse, neglect, and exploitation while promoting their right to survival, development, protection, and participation. Through awareness programs, community engagement, and collaboration with child protection bodies, we work to create a safe and nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. Our efforts focus on giving children a voice, safeguarding their dignity, and securing their future.”

  • Education
We are spreading knowledge for a brighter tomorrow by providing quality education to children in underserved communities. We believe that education is the key to unlocking every child’s potential and future opportunities. At our centers, we run remedial education programs that help children bridge learning gaps, improve foundational skills, and strengthen their confidence. Through these efforts, we ensure that children not only gain access to schools but also receive holistic learning, life skills, and guidance that empower them to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.”

  • Rural development and community welfare:
We work in underserved rural communities where children, women, and families face multiple challenges such as poor access to education, lack of basic healthcare, limited livelihood opportunities, and inadequate awareness on hygiene and gender equality. To address these issues holistically, we are creating Smart Village Hubs – one-stop community centers that provide remedial education, mobile healthcare services, vocational skill training, women and youth empowerment programs, clean water and hygiene awareness, and digital literacy support, helping communities become stronger, healthier, and self-reliant.”

  • Livelihood & Economic Empowerment
“We focus on building skills and creating opportunities that enable individuals, especially youth and women, to become self-reliant and financially independent. Through vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and market linkages, we empower communities to generate sustainable livelihoods. We believe that self-reliance not only opens the door to economic stability but also brings dignity, confidence, and long-term growth for families and communities.”

  • Sports, Arts and culture
“We promote sports, arts, and cultural activities as powerful tools to keep children and youth mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy. By engaging them in positive and creative outlets, we not only nurture their talents and confidence but also create safe spaces that steer the young generation away from negative influences such as drug abuse. Through these initiatives, we aim to build healthier, stronger, and more resilient communities.”
  • Health & Hygiene
“We promote health and hygiene by creating awareness among school-going adolescent girls and ensuring they have access to essential hygiene kits. Through education on menstrual hygiene, personal care, and healthy practices, we break taboos, build confidence, and empower young girls to stay healthy and continue their education without interruption. Our efforts aim to create a supportive environment where good hygiene becomes a way of life.”

  • Women & Family Support
Assisting widows, single mothers, and vulnerable families with livelihood options, social security, legal aid, and psychosocial counselling.

  • Disaster Response & Relief
Delivering shelter, food, education, and psychosocial support during natural calamities, and displacement.

  • Psychological support:
“We provide psychological support by identifying children and individuals affected by stress, trauma, or mental health challenges. At the community and domestic level, we offer primary counseling and coping strategies to promote emotional well-being. For severe cases, we ensure timely referrals and linkage with government institutions and professional services, so that no one is left without the care they need. Our goal is to create safe, supportive spaces where mental health is recognized, nurtured, and prioritized.”
  • Awareness & Advocacy
Engaging communities through workshops, school campaigns, IEC materials, and street plays on child protection, gender equality, health, and rights.

  • Partnership & Collaboration
Working with government bodies, civil society, and institutions to strengthen sustainable development and child protection systems.

    Our Guiding Principles
